I am getting an ar soon when you see a code there can be two lines do you type all of it or just one line but for Latios and Latias there is like 36 lines someone tell me what you have to do?

Depending on which version you get the code might actually be put in already. But in the case of the 2 line code and the 36 line code, you have to enter in all of the lines.
