You must use an Action Replay.

I heard it had to do with the space station in mossdeep you need five stars thats all I know.

Mew you trade from Emerald, Jirachi I think it's from a guy in Lillycove and Deoxys you trade from Emerald Fire Red or Leaf Green. Space shutle in mossdeep is a scam. It's fake.
