Routes 110, 111, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, or 134. The location changes when you move to a different area.

There is no specific place to find Latios.He comes up when he feels like it.So take that and go run all over the f****** place.

Its found in any open area.

Just don't worry about it and it will apear unexpected. But it flees once youve found
It, unless you attack it with meanlook (your speed needs to be about 110)

Once youve found it once you can keep track of where it is.
