Question for Pokemon Ruby

I've gotten first 3 badges and I need to find next badge to use strength, also I need to know how to get surf!

Actullay the 4th badge is in lavirigde town you have to go to meteor falls though first then go to Mauville city go up then when you see the part where the 2 team magma people were standng will be gone.

Go in the cable car and you will come out and you have to go all the way up and battle maxie then go all the way down and turn left then you'll be in lavirigde town.

Then to get surf you have to go to petalburg city beat norman (your dad in your game) and he'll tell you that wally's parents want to talk to you.

Then go to his house the last house before you exit petalburg xity and talk to wally's uncle the man in the house.
