Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi, I need to know how to get groudon, I know I have already past him so i started again.

1. How do I catch Groudon (can you tell me how without getting masterball)

2. I have 6 badges. Are my pokemon levels ok ?

It is really complicated, I used alot of ultra balls... I played for such a long time to catch him that when I finished my gameboy was all dirty.

Well you should train your pokemon into the same level.

Well the first thing to do is be sure to have a pokemon that knows sleep but is levelled up so it can withstand groudons attack with out dying on the first attack.

While its asleep try to put it's HP down with a weaker pokemon till its red then switch to the other pokemon with sleep then start throwing ultraball's at it, if it wakes up make it go to sleep do this until it's captured.

So you are going to have to change your team around with bringing a pokemon that knows sleep make sure it in it's second or third form.
