Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hello, I have a few questions:

1. Where can I find a dragonscale?

2. Where in Safari can I find a pinsir and Rhyhorn?

3. Where can I find the Items witch I can use to evolve clamperl?

4. I know I have to fish in route 119 to catch Feebas but it doesn't work what can I do?

1. Dragonscale can be found in the cave after Fallarbor town. It's way deep inside and you have to use waterfall and surf to get it.

2. You need either the Mach bike or the Acro bike to get them.

3. You find something on the Abandoned ship, then give it to the sea captain or whatever his name is in Slateport and he gives you either a deepseatooth or a deepseascale.

I dont know which one evolves clamperl into a gorebyss or a huntail but they are pretty good pokemon!

4. Feebas is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY rare. It can only be found in 6 fishing tiles on the whole route. i dont know which ones they are though. I have 188 pokemon and havent captured Feebas yet!
