How do you use the eon ticket???

I got it from using an Xploder (gameshark)

The eon ticket you have to have a action replay or a gameshark to get it or you can go to an nintendo event and get a ticket there.

Once or if you have a ticket you travel on that secret island on that island is a latias in sapphire or a latias in the ruby version, each will hold soul drew a item that powers the spacial attack and spacial defense of lotios and latias by 1.5

(Note: when you fight the pokemon lotios or latias there they will be at level 50)
