You can't, unless you use an action replay.

I'm sorry you can not find them again once you have lost them you can not get them again.

But there is a solution um... restart.

I have no idea what they are for.

You can't find it again, sorry the only way to get it now is to trade it over.

Can't, sorry, though you use them for getting Azuril.
And you are better off using Mystic Water, so it wasn't to great of a loss.

It can't literally be found in the game.

I'm sorry but you either have to use an action replay or trade pokemon with the pokemon that you will hjave holding it.

There is no actual way to get it again.
