On ruby when I go to the summary of my aggron
where it says the level of the pokemon
there is a little dot.
It isn't in the other of my pokemons summary's
Please help me.

That Pok�mon is immune to Pok�rus. Either it is at level 100 or it has contracted it in the past.
Most likely your Pokemon has captured and cleared itself of PokeRus.
