Question for Pokemon Ruby

hi. GuitarPlayerx930 here. i was wondering. i have an action replay(as some of you know) and i also have pokemon ruby. i was using the code to get ohh whats its name the blue pokemon that controlled the seas and supposedly took rest after a catalistic battle with groudon....ahh its kyogre. well anyway, i was typing its code(B7D1BCC2 DF667849) and then i went in the wild and it wasnt there.
if you know why this happened please submit something. im assuming that i typed the code wrong or i got the master code wrong(A2E564FE 0FB58A54 530823D9 16558191). but the problem is, i dont know what the right master/kyogre code. i would really appreciate if you helped me out.

Okay. I see the problem and I know the answer. You CANNOT get new pokemon with action replay. I have an action replay AND a gameshark. I sugest that you find a friend that has sapphire and trade. Or if you have a sibling, ask them if you could use there GBA then buy sapphire. So you pretty much need 2 GBA's 1 cable connecter and your Ruby and Sapphire.

It happened to me once in sapphire when I tried to do that to catch a Groudon but it didnt work.

Then I was moving my pokemon in my pc and I saw a groudon in there so check your pc out, it might be in there like it happened to me.

This happend to me when I was doing a code for Deoxys.

When I did it, he was in my pc in box 1 slot 1.

Try that.
