I have a couple of questions.
First, about the AR. If I were to get one, how much would it cost? Where would I get it? What version should I get?
Second, about teams. What is the best team to have?
Can I have an answer from Action Replay Cheater? !!

I am not action replay cheater, but I can still answer your questions. I think my Action Replay cost about $20. As for the team, there is not "best" team, but here is the ultimate moveset for smeargle. Note that it is not possible to get smeargle without codes, but smeargle is the only pokemon that can learn any move. I give you: the two hit KO smeargle! Mwahahahaha!
Smeargle level 100 holding leftovers
Lock On
Gullotine
Mind Reader
Sheer Cold
The trick is to stay alive long enough to use it. Enjoy!
Ok, I got my AR from this company that my dad orders stuff from. They have all the best electronics at the lowest prices. The company is called DBL. I got my AR from them for $12. They also send you the newest version too. But,most people I know, don't have a DBL catalog.
So,your best bet would be Gamestop or EBgames. It would cost around $20,from either place. It would be better, if you get version 5.5 (or anything above 3).There is no best team.
I suggest, you just get all your favorite Pokemon and, give them the moves you like the most. Do that, and post your team up and,I'll tell you if you could make it better, somehow.
