Question for Pokemon Ruby

With Feebas which colour pokeBLOCK do you have to feed to it for its beauty to go up?

Also this has got to with feebas, is it true that you should use the phrase "MUDKIP BALL" then it'll change into a different phrase, which i can't remember. How long does it take for you to change the phrase near Dewford Town?

You have to feed your Feebas a Blue Pokeblock. When you go over the Pokeblock,when it's in the Pokeblock case,it will have a blue square next to a word(I think it's bitter).

Then, feed it to your Feebas and it will have its beauty maxed out. It's better to use a blue Pokeblock though.That cheat doesn't work.Every time you change the phrase,the six tiles that Feebas appears on,change.

So, I suggest you don't change the phrase until you catch a Feebas.I kept changing it and it took me a long time to find a Feebas. But,I did eventually find one.It doesn't take a certain time for the person to pick a new phrase. The game just picks any random time and he'll pick the new phrase.
