Well, seeing as this is a GBA game, you'll most likely need a Gameshark. Unless you're using a DS to play it. In that case I think you MAY be able to use an Action Replay. Not too sure on the specifics of it, but any instructions given with a Gameshark device should tell you the instructions you need to put in your cheat codes.
Sorry but you must have an Action Replay or Gameshark device.
