2.is there a cheat (not Gameshark code or action replay) for getting unlimited coins at the game corner in Mauville city? If there is, please tell me.

3.What lv. does Carvanha evolve into Sharpedo?

Carvanha evoles into Sharpedo at around lvl 25.

Note: Sharpedo does not evolve after that.
