Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have some questions to ask...

(1) What is the silver/gold shield?
(2) Where do I get the silver/gld shield?
(3) What Pokemon learn flase swipe I want to use it on Latios.

Please help me by answering my questions thanx.

You get the Silver Shield for a streak of 50 victories at the Battle Tower, and the Gold Shield for 100 consecutive victories.

Both are just Secret Base decorations. Sceptile can learn False Swipe at level 59.
