Maybe I need to restate myself. Go back to the chamber. Look at the set of mounds. Look at the dot patterns — they are a key to deciphering the rest of the code. The mounds are arranged this way:

Column 1 - Column 2 - Column 3
ABC - DEF - full stop
GHI - JKL - comma
MNO - PQR
STUV - WXYZ

This visual aid is arranged the same way that the mounds are, looking up. Match the letter (or full stop or comma) to the correct character and use them to navigate through the rest of the chamber. If you need more help, send for me on the forums.

First of all, you must specify what Sealed Chamber you're talking about.

All you need to do is

1) Catch a Relicanth and a Wailord

2) Put Relicanth first in your party and Wailord last or Walord first and Relicanth last

3) Teach dig to a Pokemon

4) Go into the cave

5) Use dig on the main thing in brail and another cave shall open enter that cave

6) Go straight ahead until you reach the end and press A and the ground should shake

For Regirock in the desert go all the way down enter the cave go all the way up go straigt and then go right two times and down two times and use strength

For Regiice fly into Dewford town/city and surf the way up there you should see an island where there is a swimmer next to go on the island and surf on the other side go all the way up until you reach the cave read his writing for two minutes or so

For registeel fly to fortree city and go to the other side not where the pokemon center is go through the tall grass and over the bridge and go over the maze of grass and continue until you reach the scientist pokemon manicac or what ever go where the woman who gives you some berrys and go up the stairs and there should be a small patch of grass go through it until it starts to rain and there shold be a cave use fly in the middle of the cave and whalla
