Is there a different way of cathcing latios without the master ball?

I heard using ultra and timer balls would help.


P.S.he keeps the same health from previous encounter

You can use Mean Look so that he doesn't run away.

Mean Look + Ultra Balls + Paralysis + lowering his health as far as possible (try using the move False Swipe) usually creates the best result, I find.
