Question for Pokemon Ruby

I'm trying to unlock the regis, but I threw away the Pokemon that knew it.

Is there any Pokemon that will learn it by itself, and at what level?

I'm just asking you to please identify WHAT the pokemon knew. If it's Dig, Trapinch will learn it. You can find a Trapinch in the desert. You can't run from a battle with a Trapinch. It's ability is Arena Trap.

Be more discriptive next time about ''it.''

If you mean dig ask your friend to trade a pokemon with dig. Then you can trade it back.

Also, you need relicanth in slot 1 in your party and wailord in slot 6 in your party.
