HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need the quickest way to catch a latios or latias whichevers in the game I have beaten elit four several times but have never encountered it and I need help finding snorunt, nosepass, and feebas if you could help I would be very happy

As for the rest of the 3 pokemons you are searching for,I'll answer it all in order.

Snorunt is found inside of Shoal Cave (Northwest of Mossdeep City).To get a Snorunt,you must travel inside Shoal Cave when the tide is out, otherwise it's area isn't accessible.Travel deep into the cave until you enter a room made of ice and snow.Snorunt will be found in there,bring a Pokemon with Sweet Scent as that move will help tremendously to find it. To get a Nosepass,go to Granite Cave in Floor 2 (located in Dewford Town) and use Rock Smash on one of the rocks and a random battle will happen and if you have enough luck then after a few times,you will have a battle with Nosepass.

For Feebas,its located in route 119 (near the Weather Institution) and just use any rod in the water (I suggest Super Rod for a better chance) and in 6 of all the tiles/spots (random) you will encounter a Feebas but you will need a load of luck. Hoped helped.

You can catch Latios in ruby. To get latias you must trade with sapphire or emerald. Feebas appears 6 of the time under the bridge to the flying gym. Snourunt sometimes appears in Shoal Cave.
Nosepass, I have no idea where he appears.

To Find Latios (Ruby) or Latias(Sapphire) You must talk to your mother and she will tell you that a Poke'mon has been spotted flying around the Hoenn Region. Fin a Pplace where Latios/Latias goes and fly to the closest city. Use your Poke'dex to find out where it is. Keep flying to the same spot and when he gets near, go get him
