Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi, VX here. I just got my Vibrava. I was wondering if he learns DIG, and if he does, what level? Right now, he is at level. 35.

You have to get Trapinch to level 40 without evolving it.

I suggest an Everstone.

Oh, too bad because you weren't suppost to evolve it.

You should've made trapinch hold an everstone. Trapinch learns dig somwhat about levels 40 to 43. VIBRAVA DOES NOT!NEXT TIME DON'T EVOLVE YOUR TRAPINCH!!!!!!!
