How do I get a lot of masterballs without action/replay, or game/shark???

I'm afraid there isn't a legit way of getting more masterballs in this game without cheating, the only ones available in this game is the one found in Team Aqua hideout, and the ones you can win by playing the lottery in Lilycove Department store.

Impossable the only way to get more masterballs other then the one you get in the game is by cheating.

There is no legit way I know of but I think after you defeat the Elite Four and Complete the National Dex and then go to Devon Co. And talk to one of the people at PCs. And just as the Fossil Regenerator says he should say "I have been making a way to clone items. And the contraption works!". From there take the Master Ball you got from Team Magma and clone it, that is unless you used it on Rayquaza, Groudon, Latios, or the Regis.
