The only Pokemon that has that ability is Shedinja. Have an empty space on your party as well as a Pokeball and evolve Nincada. It'll evolve into Ninjaska and in the space you left empty, Shedinja will appear.

Wonder guard isnt an item, it is an ability. You must get a nincada and have an empty slot in your party and train nincada to evolve into ninjask and you will have shedninja. Wonder guard negates all damage EXCEPT super effective attacks.
