In Mauville city, there's a girl on a house trying to get Harbor Mail. Have one and she'll exchange the Coin Case for it. In case you don't have it, it's obtainable once you beat the 2nd puzzle of the Trick House.

You can buy a harbor mail at the Poke store in Slateport. It should cost you 50P
You may also find it i9n the trick house which is found between Slateport and Mauville city.
Give that to the girl in the house in Mauville. And she returns the favour with a coin case

In Mauville city there is a chick in the house you first come acroos, she will request a Harbor Mail. You can buy a harbor mail from the slateport Pokemart, or obtain it by beating the second level of the trickhouse,loacated conviniately between mauville and slateport.(on the lower path.
