Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi I was wondering how I get Rayquaza when I already beat the game 4 times and I have not yet seen Rayquaza how or where do I get him?

You don't evev have to beat the game once. Just fly to the town covered in water (can't remember name) and go to the sky tower. I got him in emerald.

You can get him at Sky Piller.

You have to surf to the Sky Pillar and climb to the top. Rayquaza is on the roof. You get one and only one chance to catch him. You can do this BEFORE facing the League.

Find Route 131. Surf along the northern edge. Look for a gap leading north. To reach the top floor, you'll need to master the Mach Bike.

Go to sky pillar which is east from pacifidlog town and carry a mach bike and then you will find rayquaza there after you beat the elite 4 the first time

Icigo Kurosaki is half right you CAN
Catch him befor the elite 4 only
On emerald not on ruby or saphire
The rest Icigo Kurosaki is right tho
