Dig

I am trying to get the regis and I have a relicanth and a wailord but I need dig...... I got the tm but I sold it. Is there any Pokemon that knows dig or can learn it on it's own and if so what is it....... Thanks....

TM DIG CAN LEARNED FROM DIGLED.IF YOU DONT HAVE IT TRADE IT WITH A FRIEND

There are no Diglet/Dugtrio in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. It can only be traded in from FireRed/LeafGreen.

Nincada learns Dig at Level 45.
Trapinch learns Dig at level 41.

TM28 (Dig) is obtained by talking to the Fossil Maniac's brother. The house is on Route 114. Take the west path out of Fallarbor Town, it'll be the first house on your right.

If Youre Freind Has Pokemon Fire Red Or Leaf Green, Tell Them To Go To The Department Store And Go On The 2ND Floor. Talk To The Lady At The Counter On The 2ND Floor. You Can Buy TM 28 (Dig) From Her There. Then Ask Youre Friend To Make A Pokemon Hold TM 28 (Dig). Then (If You Have A Link Cable OR Wireless Addapter) Hook It Up In Youre Gameboy And Youre Friends Gameboy, And Trade Him For That Pokemon Thats Holding TM 28 (Dig). Then, Take It From The Pokemon And Make Sure Its In Youre Bag. Then Trade Him The Pokemon Back And Teach One Of Youre Pokemon The TM 28 (Dig). Or Just Do What Ichigo Kurosaki Said. Hope It Helped!

Trapinch learns dig at lvl 43 or something. Don't let it evolve until it learns it.
