How and where do I get Pikachu and other Pokemon like horsea and staryu?

Pikachu is in the safari zone. When you enter, go up and go right and keep in that section and you will have a pikachu. Hes rare to find though.
Staryu can be found at the edge of lilycove city by using a super rod
Horsea can be found by going on thewest side of pacifidlog town by the rapids by using the super rod as well.

Ok to catch pikachu simply go to the garden in the rich mans mansion and as for horsea and staryu you have to migrate them over from anouther version I hope this helped

I don't know where to find horsea and staryu but pikachu is somewhere inside the safari zone on route 121 near lilycove city and you need a pokeblock case to get into the safari zone you can get a pokeblock case in a contest in slateport just talk to the shortest girl in there.

I have no idea where the rich man garden is, I think he is talking about Pokemon diamond and pearl, but pikachu is deep in the safari zone, in this one patch of grass, and if you catch a boy and girl, with I thinks it's a zap coin or something, and put them both in daycare you well get a pichu with volt tackle, this is the only way to breed a pikachu with volt tackle.

1. Pikachu is in the safari zone.

2. Staryu is inthe edge of Lilycove City (Fishing Rod)

3. Horsea is west of Pacifidlog City. Before the strong current. (Fishing Rod)

You can only find pikachu in the safari zone. Once you go in just search in the grass. Horesa can be found next to the currnat of Pacifidlog Town. Use a GOOD or a SUPER rod to catch him. It's not hard.

Of course, if you want a Pichu, you'll have to capture one male AND one female Pikachu and put them in the daycare center together...
