Question for Pokemon Ruby

I restarted my game and I started with a beginer Pokemon that I haven't tried, now I can't beat the electric gym trainer Waston.

My Pokemon are:

Grovyle Lv20 Furry cutter, pursuit, absorb, quik attack

Beautifly Lv18
Flash, absorb, stun spore, gust

Poochyena Lv13
Takle, howl, sandattak, bite

Winggull Lv15
Growl, watergun, supersonic, wing attack

I would suggest catching a Geodude, Makuthia or an Aron in Dewford.

Also train up your Wingull and Poochena.

Try to find a Pokemon that knows a fighting attack like Makuhita or Machop and bring it up to level 20 and use fighting against Watson.

Don't get any other Pokemon except GEODUDE, it learns magnitude around level 20 and thats super effective against electricity!

Try going in grass on a saturday and fight some pokmn and being patient
