Question for Pokemon Ruby

Can someone tell me how to get to the southern Island so I can catch a Latias on my Ruby and a Latios on my Sapphire.

You need an eon ticket, heres how to get it:

1. Trade over raikou from Leaf Green/Fire Red to Ruby or sapphire (if can not trade use Pokemon Colosseum's Raikou)

2. Go to vicory road there should be a new path in there somewhere and find the tirck master

3. Talk to him and show him Raikou. he give you a light ball.

4. Find steven (I think its him) and give the light ball or starpiece. He should give you the eon ticket. (I think that's how you get it)
