Question for Pokemon Ruby

Does Pokemon Fire Red have Johto, Kanto and Hoenn Rigion?
today is my birthday and my gift is one game of my choice
and my problem is:
A. I dont know which is better is it Pokemon:
Fire Red, Leaf Green, Ruby or Sapphire version

I'd buy Leaf Green if I were you because it has the coolest Pokemon in the wild. But that's my opinion and otherwise RF and LG barely have any differences.

Pokemon Fire Red only has the Kanto region and Happy Birthday.

When I played Fire Red and Leaf Green, I was disappointed. Its Kanto is almost an exact replica of its Red and Blue counterpart; the music sounds like nails across a blackboard, except from the music borrowed from Ruby and Sapphire that plays in Gyms and is the battle victory music; the battle animation is slower; some of the Pokémon's move schedules are unnecessarily skewed; Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant, and Hydro Cannon are exactly like Hyper Beam; two tickets are required to expand gameplay. But I've seen A LOT worse in Red and Blue, but I still have reason to believe that Ruby and Sapphire are better.
