You can get a masterball in team magma's base in Lilycove City.

Lmao, I am sorry, but you cannot buy masterballs in any Pokemon, and you never will be able to. So, it tough luck, but a great suggestio.

Hey,

You can't buy masterballs, you can find one in team magma's hideout but other then that you will have to play the lottery.

You can not buy master balls, the only way to get them is by obtaining one in the magma hideout in lilycove or by winning the lottery contest in the lilycove dept. Store
