Question for Pokemon Ruby

Do you know of the 3 caves? The legendary Pokemon thing... Where do you get Relicanth? And what level does Wailord evolve?

Relicanth is found underwater on Route 124 and 126, and Wailmer evolves into Wailmer at level 40. You can also fish for a Wailord on Route 129.
