Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi everyone
I have just a couple questions.

What pokemon are the best for Pokemon contest?

How do I get Mirage Island to appear?

Because the guide book said you need to bring lots of Pokemon, when you talk to the Mirage Island man but what Pokemon do I to need bring?

Also how do I get Deoxys and Jiarachi?

For cool Registeel's good. For beauty Blaziken's good. Mirage Island just appears randomly. You get Jirachi with the pokemon collesseum bonus disk. You get Deoxy with an action replay, eon ticket, or Pokemon Leaf Green and Fire Red.
