Guys,can anybody tell me how to open the big dive near the pesifidlog city before that sealed chamber?

If you get there it is written in braille. Dive down get to the reading dive (up) go to the end of the room and dig. You need a waillord and relicanth or it will do nothing, but then you get to fight the regis in three seperate locations!!!
