Mmmm... I think 100 KING can be a bit snippy sometimes... But hey, when they answer the same question about ar cheats that are in the wrong spot 35 times, I don't blame them. Legend... No. Only Pokemon are legendary.. *grins* I jape... I jest...
ANYway, I digress... Mantine- surf around the tanoby ruins and trainer tower.
Quilfish- cannot be found in leafgreen. You'll need to trade it from somewhere else. There's one in Colosseum, and they're common in firered.
