Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
Okay, so let me get this straight.
You can trade Hoenn Pokemon into Leaf Green/Fire Red? Do they have to be Pokemon that can be found in Leaf/Fire or what?
Also, I have a question for it's platform. I'm slow with updating game platforms, so I still have the firt Gameboy Advance, you know, the wider one, the one before Gameboy Advance SP. Will these new games work on my GBA? Or am I doomed to purchase GBA SP?

No, they don't have to be the old Pokemon only. For instance, I have Sapphire, I can trade Kyogre for Mewtwo(which is in leaf green). And there you have a Kyogre in Pokremon Leaf Green and get a free National Pokedex for my Sapphire version.
Don't worry, I saw the wireless a adapter attached to a regular GBA in the TV commercial that came out. So yes, they're compatible with both GBA and SP.

Yes you can trade from ruby and sapphire. But no it does not have to be from leaf green.
