To go into the 4 island place you have to beat the Pokemon leage and that is so hard and get all your Pokemon up to 55 or over I did that way and it's so easier then ever......

Go to mount. Ember and go where the rockets are and click on one of them and they will talk and then they will notice you you will battle them after you win they will leave go in the hole they made and find the ruby and take it to celio and ho will give you the ticket to four island
