For some reason I don't have the itemfinder. I beat the elite 4 and gary 3 times and I still don't have the itemfinder.

To get the itemfinder you go to the island one then you go to the Pokemon center then you talk a old then go down out of Pokemon center then surf then you go down thew are surfing then you will found a Pokemon ball then open it then will get it I hope you can get it?
