I was wondering if any one could tell where to find the lax incense and does munchlax really evolve into snorlax

Yes...but you cannot and will not get Munchslax in Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire/Fire Red or Leaf Green....he's only available in Pokemon Diamond or Pearl

Lax Incese is on 5 Island. Munlax does evol;ve into Snorlax.

Lax Incense is Lost Cave.
Munchlax evoles into Snorlax at Level 40. However, you can only get Munchalx in Pok�mon Diamond and Pearl Versions, they're Fourth Generation, so you can't trade Munchlax to any of the Past games.
