Yea so my brother wants to know where he can find the Pokemon bulbasaur, and a charmander, and also a ekans.

Bulbasuar and Charmander are given by Oak at the start of the game. Ekans is found East of Vermellion City.

Bulbasaur and Charmander can only be gained from Professor Oak at the beginning, or by trading. Ekans is found in the grass near Cerulean City from the exit of Mt. Moon.
