Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I have a level 46 evee. I have given him countless number of hp ups..calcium..protiens..iron..carbos..rare candies and last but not least three hair cuts because I beat the elite three times.
How do I get it to evolve into a espon or umbrion.
I know that it has to be day for the espon and nite for the umbrion.
But I just can't get it to evolve at all.

Please some one help

Trade it to Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald.

You need to trade it to Ruby/Sapphire or Emerald..

Train Eevee at night and you will get Umbreon
Train Eevee at day and you will get Espeon

Sorry to say, you need another version, Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald. Trade Eevee over to there and give it a billion pieces of your love, then go to Verdantuf in R/S/E and have the Eevee's closeness to you evaluated, if it's really happy, level it up and it can then evolve into Espeon or Umbreon depending on the Day/Night factor, which you already know I see.

Your going to have to trade that eevee into a ruby or sappire version then level it 47 and then if it's day it will be espeon and if night then umbrion and then trade it back.(Ruby and sappire have time on them and leafgreen dosen't.
