Also where can I find a gameshark?

For Mew. You can't get him legitly. Nintendo Events such as Pokemon Rocks America are your best bets. However, Nintendo has announced that they may NOT be doing these events for Pokemon like Mew anymore. You need an Action Replay OR Gameshark.
You can find a Gameshark off of E-Bay, or buy it at your local game store, like Gamestop, or stores that sell these things, like Best Buy.

To get Mew you need emarald then go to a nintendo event.
The best plce to buy a game shark go to target thats where I got mine.
