By defeating them in a Pokemon Battle...you must have 8 badges and you must have a strong well balanced team of Fire,Water,Grass,Psyhic,Electric.

You have to beat every member without losing to anyone. Here are there weakness's:
Lorelei: Use Fire and Electric
Bruno: Use Psychic and Ice
Agatha: Use Ice and Flying
Lance: Use Ice and Thunder
After all of them, you fight one more person. They do niot have any weaknesses as they use a variety of types. Just make sure your Pokemon are high levels and you have a variety of types, and you should win.
