Ok, first of all, never submit something with so many characters side-by-side.

Second, You DON'T get Munchlax or Mime Jr. Ever in the game, and Scyther and Growlithe you need to get from FireRed. Hitmontop you will need to breed the Hitmonchan you took from Saffron's Dojo with a Ditto and evolve the Tyrouge with equal Attack and Defense. And you don't get a Metal Coat on the S.S. Anne like you did in Gold/Silver/Crystal. Instead you get it at Memorial Pillar on 5 Island and you can win one in 7 Island's Trainer Tower.

Third, you can not focus facing the Elite 4 with only one Pokmon, especially Blastoise. You need to level up the others more, at least to Level 58 or so. You should also have a better variety of Types.

About your team, Neo Tips is back. About your basic question:
NO MUNCHLAX OR MIME JUNIOR AND SCYTHER AND HITMONTOP in leaf green. Unlike the other games, to metal coat after the SS. Anne leaves. Now to your team:

Blastoise Lv. 67
Hydro Cannon Where's Hydro Pump
Water Pulse Trash this move!
Bite Well, at some extent...
Skull Bash Fine...
You have misused/mistrained this Blastoise!

Machop Lv. 44
Mega Kick Fine...
Revenge I don't know, I would replace it
Vital Throw Hmm...
Submission ?
Evolve Machop into a Machoke!

Snorlax Lv. 40
Focus Punch No hope with focus punch. You should have kept rest and snore.
Yawn OK... This is a tricky situation but... Nonetheless, yes
Headbutt Fine!
Secret Power Well...
Your Snorlax is undertrained and focus punch? If you own a Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and you battle the fight type gym leader, you'll see what I mean. Hitmonchan Lv. 32
Mega Punch Your decision
Agility This is a lethal situation
Earthquake Maybe trash that for a fight move that your Machop has.
Mach Punch ?
Your Hitmonchan requires training.

Haunter Lv. 23
Spite YES/NO
Curse This is a great move put you should have a full restore handy!
Night Shade Level Haunter up, then you will see the consequences of this move
Psychic Fine...
Haunter is underleveled.

Slowbro Lv. 30
Water Gun Surf instead
Confusion Psychic instead
Protect Detect instead
Headbutt Keep it!
Slowbros moves could be better.

Sorry buddy. This is a bad team. You need to level up that Machop to level 60
And you'd probably want to do the same with the others. This requires patience
And good trainer skills. Or you could restart the game and not make the lethal
Mistake of overtraining a starter.

Your Pokemon are underleveled except Blastoise. Like he said, do not overtrain your starter. LEVEL UP YOUR Pokemon!

Most of the questions are answerad, so I will suggest a team trying to keep some of your pokemons, but you have to train more, get better moves and different types. Blastoise, zapdos/raichu/jolteon, exxecutor, moltres/ninetails/flareon, machop(evolve to machamp) or if you can't use your hitmonchan and haunter(evolve to gengar) if you can't, then your snorlax is better. If you don't mind changing your team more, I suggest nidoking instead snorlax/haunter. Earthquake is more powerfull cause it's the same tipe as nidoking, and nidoking has megahorn, I took out rivals alakazam in 1move with it, but be carefull cause alakazam psychyc is also super effective against nidoking. Finnaly, articuno instead of machamp/hitmonchan, that you the dragon master is super easy, just ice beam and he is gone. You don't need fight type, cause against lorelei ice, you can use the fire, if it has water, use the eletric. The key is to have different types and don't overtrain one Pokemon, when I beat elite4 my average lvl was 47, but the worst was lvl 44 and the better lvl 52, to beat elite4 it isnt necessary to get a lvl 60 team.

We can get these . I don't know about munchlax and mime jr. But scyther is found in safari park and growlithe is in lavander town. There is grass near lavander town, there ate two ways of getting in I.e those two trees (they can be cut). There you will find growlithe VERY RARELY!!!! And scyther is very easy I was going to the secret house to get surf in between I saw scyther . I will check there again and add more linea here.
