I don't know how to get to Island 4, I'm stuck on the first 3, so, how do you?
Plus, is this a good balanced team for the Pokemon League? Venasaur, Pidgeot, Moltres, Muk, Tentacruel, Jolteon?

1.Just go back and talk to Celio, to see if he will give you the ticket to go there.

You have to beat the Elite 4 first then go back to island 1 and celio will change your ticket so you can go to island's 1-7. Pretty much alright but not that good. You will be stuck at Agatha. The Ghost type Elite 4.
