Once you enter Celadon City from the east, head north to the east side of the Pok�mon Centre. Enter the Celadon Mansion from the back entrace that you access from this point. Once inside, climb to the top floor. In the room on the top floor grab the item ball. Inside will be an Eevee. If you consider training it I would evolve it right away. The evolution stones can be bought on the fourth floor or the Celadon Department Store. I would advise you evolve it into Vaporeon. Jolteon is also a good option, but Flareon isn't really...

Eevee can be found on Celadon City, go to the back of the huge building and you will see and entrance..go there and go to the very top of that building and you will find a room, go inside that room and take the Pokeball..it contains an Eevee. But don't give him a stone yet, breed to get more and leave the original at his own stage and level it up to 100.
