I did all the game but when I got to the elite 4 there is a person in the way saying that I've wasted my time coming cos lorilel is not there so it's closed. Where is she?

If you got the rainbow pass from celio,you can go to island 4 and teach your Pokemon waterfall.on the end of the house there is a river and there is a river.use surf and there is a waterfall.go to your Pokemon and use it.you will go ontop of it and loreli is there. Youll have to defeat teamrocket grunt just 1 of them.he is easy.

You may want to check to see if you have all of the badges, or if you have done all of the proper events during the game. Those are the two things that I can think of, which would hold you back.
