Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I got a item named ???????. Do you know what it does?

I Just got it from my friend who has a hacked version of Pokemon ruby named frigo returns. Well, he traded me a Pokemon holding ???????.

I need to know what is it's use? Pls. Help me...

If it comes from a hacked version then it's probably a glitch. The "???????" items has appeared for me too in some cases and they don't seem to do anything.

Yes, if the item is hacked it will indeed be unamed if you had it traded into your game. You probably will find no use for it.

That's some glitched-up item. Don't try to get rid of it, because doing so may screw up your game worse. Try to ignore it.

Well, I have many of those because I use a gameshark. They have no real use but to sell. They are just a bit of information that the game couldnt find. I suggest you toss or sell them, as they may hurt your game.
