Sceptile- give him Leaf blade,rock slide,earthquake and brick break/ or if you want to keep solar beam replace earthquake with sunny day and put solar beam.
Charizard-give him Flamethrower,aerial ace/fly,earthquake and dragon claw/brick break.
Felaigator-surf,ice beam,earthqukae(if capable),brick break(if capable).
You need a psychic type like kadabra or slowbro. Or a normal type like snorlax and electric type like zappy of jolteon.
