Question for Pokemon LeafGreen

I'm not sure if this question is listed or not but I've looked and I haven't found anything that helped. In this game, I've got both passwords and have gotten into the Rocket Warehouse on Sevii Island 5. But I can't get through the first room. The floor has got me all confused. I've tried every path I can think of but I am stuck. Can anybody help me?

Enter the warehouse. See the yellow square? Take the top pair of arrows( the ones pointing left.) Walk one space left from there.You'll see a bunch of cages.Go right (walk under the cages) until you see a pair of arrow pads pointing down. Take the path that has 3 pads.Don't touch any more pads for now. Being careful, walk up until you see some more arrows pointing left.Take the middle pair of arrows.From there, navigate your way upward.Again, don't touch any arrows.Then you'll see a room to the north and to short pairs of arrows pointing downward to the south(and a really long one.) Take any of the two shortpaths. There may be some trainers here, but I can't remember.Take the two arrows right and face the Admin. Beat her and she'll switch the right pair of arrows upward so you can leave, heal, and come back to fight the next guy. Hope that helped!
