5/10 well balanced type wise, but you need some better moves:

Raichu: Rain Dance, Thunder, Body Slam, Thunderbolt

Alazakam: Psychic, Shadow Ball, Revocer, Thunderpunch.

Blastoise: Surf, Ice Beam, Bite, Earthquake.

Typhlosion : Flamethrower, Thunderpunch, Earthquake, Brick Break.

Sceptile: Leaf Blade, Aerial Ace, Thunderpunch, Earthquake.

Flygon is fine.

5/10. Crappy moves an' not that great monsters. You can do better. If you'd like help with that, re-submitt them askin' for it.
